Corrine Evatt and Mary-Jane Craig

With nearly 55 years experience between them in the Hospitality industry; Corinne and Mary-Jane joined forces in the early 1990's opening their first joint venture in Balmain.

After two successful years they decided on a tree change and sold up, moving to Blackheath in the Blue Mountains where they opened Ashcrofts.

Seven years on, One Chefs Hat and many awards later; Ashcrofts is now a major dining destination for both visitors to The Blue Mountains and locals alike.
