From growing up in Bacchus Marsh surrounded by home-grown produce and local market gardens, Cath went on to become an awarded chef, restaurateur (at one time owning and operating nine restaurants including Mecca and Mecca Bah), food writer, and food business consultant.

Now she’s returned to her roots, passionately championing local, seasonal and handcrafted produce, fighting the good fight for “tomatoes that taste like real tomatoes”.
