Brandon Huisman

Brandon Huisman is the Executive Chef at the Anantara Seminyak Resort & Spa in Bali. He has over 15 years’ international experience at fine dining restaurants, five star resorts, and for some of the world’s most revered culinary geniuses.

Brandon Huisman is the Executive Chef at the Anantara Seminyak Resort & Spa  in Bali. He has over 15 years’ international experience at fine dining restaurants, five star resorts, and for some of the world’s most revered culinary geniuses. Within four years of beginning his chef career he trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and then apprenticed at a world renowned Michelin 3 Star restaurant under Chef Michel Del Burgo.  Changing destinations, and his chef hat, amongst numerous noteworthy roles in the States, he was a Chef de Partie for a high end, high volume international bistro in Florida working under the award winning chef and owner, Ross Peterson.  Wishing to study the artistry of Asian cuisine, he graced Singapore’s award winning fine dining Chinese restaurant in the acclaimed Fullerton Hotel, finishing his apprenticeship rotation in grand banqueting.
