Bart was trained at the famous Cordon Bleu school in Paris and has worked in some of the finest five-star restaurants in Australia, Hong Kong, USA and France.
He and his wife are the owners and creators of Essence Food Studio in Melbourne which blends food, wine, music, theatre and art and was recently named 2009 Wyndham Business of the Year. He is also a regular food contributor to Australasia’s leading marine lifestyle magazine Club Marine.
Bart will appear daily on the Club Marine Cooking Stage at the Brisbane Boat Show after great success at the Adelaide, Melbourne, Docklands and Sydney shows.
