I am passionate about food. If I could eat good tasting food all day I would. I studied short order cooking in the early days and realized that I didn't need a course to tell me how to cook; it's all about 'giving it a go and see the outcome'. For me, good food should be simple to prepare, easy to the eye and the tongues best friend. My food does not involve fusion; because I am old fashioned; and love original homestyle cooking.
