I have been cooking since I baked my first chocolate cake at the age of 5.

My poor mother would be stuck with me in the kitchen constantly asking questions, and soon it paid off and I was cooking dinner for everyone giving her the night off. Years later my parents started up a catering company which became the most popular in our town, it is then that I learned more about spices, herbs and cuts of meat. I have always loved cooking, have never made a career out of it but one day would love to have a go at being a TV Chef! My cooking style can be described as fusion but I do at times love to cook Italian, Indian, Greek and Samoan inspired dishes and creating desserts is a passion of mine.
