I enjoyed cooking class in High School and went on to doing Hospitality Management Diploma after completing my HSC in 99'. Which I really enjoyed and happy I completed.. I have worked in a number of restaurants starting from kitchen hand, to bar to other duties in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didnt go any further in this career, but I still enjoy cooking and doing it at home for my family who enjoy it.
