here in Canada for a year of change from Australia for fun, golf and adventure. Will return to Australia in December 2011. Enjoy food a lot but find Canadian food terribly bland, with very few good restaurants. this weekend attending a lobster fest, so wanted to take a couple of interesting salads for the Canadians to learn that there is more than peas, corn and mash potatoes. I love my Neil Perry cookbook at home and miss the tagine recipes from the "food i love" so was hoping to find some here. I just love neil Perry's recipes and would really love to go to one of his restaurants when I get home.
