My favourite cooking style is "trial & error" , i don't really like to follow recipe from books..
loves infusions style cooking.. (east meet west) such as wasabi maysonaise, mint mango jams.. etc..
in my spare time i love hosting dinner for friends... ( its the best time for me to catch up with them and spend quality times)
i can go on and on about foods.... lol
