I've been cooking for almost 20 years and it is now time to step up to the plate (pardon the pun) and train as a Chef. Being from an Italian background, I spent hours in the kitchen with my parents and grandparents, picking up all the skills in Italian cooking. Other cuisines I cook include Indian, modern Australian and Asian cooking, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Thai as my specialty and most favorite. I love putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creating new combinations and experimenting with new flavors whilst being careful not to compromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare. I also have a great interest in pastries and baking and look at possibly pursuing that path as a Chef Patissier. New and exciting times ahead. I have dozens of recipes that I will start to upload for your culinary pleasure so stay tuned =]
