I have always cooked ... since I was a teenager ... and always enjoyed good food. I would one day like to be a completely hedonistic writer, like Alexander Woolcott or Matt Preston. I was born and raised in SoCal, emigrated to Australia in 1973 at age 19, worked parallel careers as a professional actor and writer. I have started a cottage industry ... "Ail Fumé Smoked Garlic" ... and I am compiling a cookbook on using smoked garlic.
