I have always cooked ... since I was a teenager ... and always enjoyed good food. I would one day like to be a completely hedonistic writer, like Alexander Woolcott or Matt Preston. I was born and raised in SoCal, emigrated to Australia in 1973 at age 19, worked parallel careers as a professional actor and writer. I have started a cottage industry ... "Ail Fumé Smoked Garlic" ... and I am compiling a cookbook on using smoked garlic.

    Wow ... would love to try out one of your smoked garlic recipes ... in fact would like to know how to smoke garlic full stop ... sounds brilliant.
