Hi Susan - another Townsvillan!! :) Let me guess...(without trying to insult you if I get it wrong!). I'm hoping you work at either The Deli On Gregory or Essentially Fresh on Bundock Street? Well, if I have it wrong - let me know :) I also sometimes shop in Ingham at Lou's Food Emporium or in Ayr at Dal Santo's Deli when I'm in the mood for stocking up on authentic Italian products too.

Hi Wendy, the South Aus finalist just signed up - VampVikki. I thought you'd like to say hi and see her recipe for the prawns from the comp because I know you like spicy thai food - I stuck my finger in the wok at the comp when she wasn't looking and it tasted fantastic!
