Chanterelles!!! Where did you get them from? In Sweden I use to pick them and have never been able to get them since moving back to NSW. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you definately have an adventurous palate there Michael! Thanks for pushing our boundaries - not sure about the Bush oysters for now, but what you did with Libby's prawns sounds delish! I actually look forward to your posts : )
