I developed my love of cooking as a batchelor who was sick of eating spaghetti every other night. Having always been a fan of Keith Floyd, as I grew up I developed a passion for food that has matured over the years. My background as a mechanic many years ago allowed me to be quite methodical in following instructions and this translated well into experimenting with complicated recipes. I love cooking for friends and family and am fortunate enough to live in a small community with some great like minded people who love food and wine. One of my other great passions is travelling around the country and sampling some of the best restaurants to be found, yep Australia sure is the lucky country and we are spoilt for choice when it comes to quality chefs and cutting edge food.
