Gday Chefs, of all brilliance & determination :) Seems like forever since I've shared any recipes with my fellow foodies. Sorry Luvvies @>--- I have been writing a few private restaurant reviews (incognito of course!); getting the feel for it, & utilising my writing & artistic backgrounds, to much personal satisfaction. Been spending time with my beloved SCANPAN CS5 Fusion Range F`URI Professional Knife Series Full Block with Sharpener & Le Creuset French Ovens (Newest & magnificent stunning burnt red kitchen acquasitions- CANT stop staring in love at them all!!! lol) Have been loving, making some out-of-this-world silky tender & magnificently delicious, perfectly prepared, cooked & melt-in-the-mouth Main-Fares, Seafoods, & Family Favourites. I am REALLY confident enough now, to have taken on entirely delicious new levels, that I NEVER had the belief to tackel before, (& I've always valued the tummies of those I love!!! lol). Honestly, I would have never believed, there was SUCH a cooking experience difference, between mid-range & such high quality cookware! Such a pleasant surprsie, & with EVERYTHING coming with VERY reasonable LifeTime Warranties, YOU CANT GO WRONG! I'm Hooked! IT HONESTLY MAKES THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERNCE! Trust Me! ...And IM NOT being paid to endorse their products. They just rock CYBERSCAMPs Casbah! When I cook for My Friends & Loved Ones, OR, a Dinner Party is on the horizon, I can GUARANTEE, I wil be cooking with much pleasure & ease, with My SCANPAN & Le Creuset! Have I said I'm hooked?!!! :) If you're not made of money, like us, but want the very best, so you can cook & prepare amazing food, that will be an absolute joy to put together for any quantities & everybody, of course, go for the very best that you can afford to buy, when it comes to Cookware, hey? We couldn't afford to purchase F`URi Knives, The CS5 Fusion (Copper/Stainless Fusion Range), or Le Creuset, due to it costing seriously thousands of dollars, that MOST of us just cant spare these days. But, if you know what you want, then do what we did; it took us 4 years of watching Sales, Catalogues etc, like Hawkes, to get our SCANPAN Complete Set, & we're still adding to our LeCreuset Collection, as it comes on sale. This is where your VERY BEST bargains are to be had, TRUST ME, & if you have any vouchers from any of the Major Dept Stores, then by using your vouchers, on clearance prices/Sale items every half year, You can seriously pick up EXTREME bargains. Our entire SCANPAN Set came in @ around 28% or purchase price; the F`URi Knives, at about 35%!!! VERY HAPPY JAN! Go get Em' Kiddies, & happy shopping, & DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR ANY BONUSES, Their Best Cash Price, If any Sales are coming up, that they know of, where You can save more money again, or, WHAT THEIR BEST PRICE IS ON THE ITEM/S & WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU TO SWEETEN THE DEAL FOR YOU.- YOU NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU ASK!!! ALSO, make sure, when shopping for your beloved & expensive items, you have rung around, & done a bit of homework, as to what others are selling "your" item/s for, & what their special offers are for the range? Take the other stores Catalogues into the particular stores with you, & look well armed with information. Let them know, YOU MEAN Business, Sister or Brother, & They'd BE SILLY to lose your Patronage! HAPPY SHOPPING! :) I have been experimenting with new recipes &, perfecting a few family & Special Favourites, & I'm finally happy with the outcome. I've been taking pics, each step as I go, so as to help when you make the recipes. I'll be looking to put up some new & improved favourites, in the next few weeks, that I hope you all enjoy muching away on! :) I hope you all enjoy them, from Truelly Scrumptious Sweets, to moorish comfort-food & irresistable deletableness!!! Today, I'm cooking my Wicked Triple Chocolate Brownies, with chopped white, milk & bitter chocolate & chopped Glace Cherries & dried Robern Fruit Salad stirred through. Completely cover batter with mixed chopped chocolates aswell, then bake. SCRUMMY :)

I love Bill's relaxed, & so totally Australian & Chiche Attitude,to good food, & how it brings together Good Friends. He cooks very simply, in a manner which is easy to understand, & without any tension, which makes it, not only an informative show, but a relaxed because of, half hour. VERY ENJOYABLE & VERY REAL. 2 thumbs up Bill :) xox
