My cooking expertise extends to only what I need to do or required to do. I find cooking enjoyable only if I have time. Don't like cooking when I'm rushed! Due to my own health issues, I cook what the family likes and also have to think about my dietary needs. That is I cannot eat legumes, nuts (except almond meal), vegies that don't break down when cooked or fruits that are high in fructose. It's quite an effort really, because my diet used to have all the above included.
