As you can see I said I am a beginner even though I am 50!

This is because until now I have been the most basic, boring cook, with woeful knife skills and a very limited range of old faithfuls that I serve up at home. My New Year's resolution this year is to overcome my lack of adventurousness and to take a few cooking classes to learn new skills and set the taste buds singing with the delights of new cuisines!!!
