Join Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

Help celebrate the 20th year of Australia's Biggest Morning Tea and help the Cancer Council beat cancer.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is one of Cancer Council’s most popular fundraising events and the largest, most successful event of its kind in Australia. This year, people all over Australia will come together to celebrate 20 years of Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.

Hosting a morning tea is fun, rewarding and a great way for you to help people whose lives have been affected by cancer.

The official date is Thursday 23 May but events can be held anytime during the month of May or June.

In 20 years Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea has raised over $110 million dollars and the survival rate for many common cancers has increased by 30%.

In 2013 we hope to raise $13 million for Cancer Council’s world class research, prevention programs and support services (like the Cancer Council Helpline 13 11 20) for all people affected by cancer.

You can donate to Cancer Council anytime. Regardless of whether or not you’re attending a morning tea this year, you can make a donation to Cancer Council. Every single dollar helps in the fight against cancer. Let’s join together to do something BIG!

An Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event can be a simple morning tea with workmates, a high tea with girlfriends, or a school bake day. Simply gather together your friends, family and colleagues, put the kettle on and tuck into some delicious morning tea treats while raising funds to help beat cancer.

Taking part is easy, simply register as a host, set a date in May or June and invite your friends and colleagues. Visit to register today.
