
1. Start by cutting the bread into triangles.
2. Brush each triangle with olive oil.
3. Drizzle the triangles with egg yolk.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
5. Fry the triangles until golden.
6. Drain on kitchen paper then cut into croutons.
