How to Make Croutons


Style your soup with greatest of garnishes; here’s how to make croutons

1. Start by cutting the bread into triangles.

2. Brush each triangle with olive oil.

3. Drizzle the triangles with egg yolk.

4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.

5. Fry the triangles until golden.

6. Drain on kitchen paper then cut into croutons.
