The a la carte Cheese and Wine Room menu changes with each season to offer you the best Australian and European cheeses, with a selection of premium antipasti, gourmet accompaniments and a selection of hot and cold meals. The portion sizes are designed for sharing and to offer you a wide range of tastes and flavours to create an amazing and different dining experience every time you visit.
The unique Cheese and Wine Flights featuring three seasonal cheeses expertly matched with three sensational wines by their awarded sommelier and fromager have quickly developed into their signature and most popular offering which are a must experience for cheese and wine lovers.
There are four flights to choose from including a Seasonal Flight, a Red Wine Flight, a White Wine Flight and a Whisky flight where three single malt whiskies are paired with a selection of European Cheeses. All of the Flights come with a set of tasting notes so customers can read about the wines or whiskies and cheeses as they taste them. Flights start from $31.00 per person.
The prices for the cheeses, antipasti and tasting plates range from $3 to $31. There are also 18 wines by the glass, carefully selected from the 270 bottles on the wine list.

The staff at GPO Cheese and Wine are passionate about teaching others the pleasure of enjoying great cheese and wine and run Cheese & Wine Master classes throughout the year. Themes change monthly and include a guided tasting by the Sommelier and Fromager through four delicious cheeses expertly matched with four sensational wines, with detailed tasting notes to take home. Private Tastings can also be tailored for corporate groups.
