To lend a helping hand and offer expert advice on how and what to grow during the spring months will be highly acclaimed gardening specialist Meredith Kirton. Joining her as LINDEMAN’S brand ambassador is Australian celebrity chef Dominique Rizzo, who will share some wonderfully simple, seasonal and lighter-style recipes.

The LINDEMAN’S Open Garden will be open from 10am – 4pm every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Mondays (1 October and 8 October) throughout the festival.
The garden cooking demonstrations will be held five times a day from 11am to 4pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday Mondays (1 October and 8 October).
