In 2009, Julia formed Cake Artists Australia – an association for bakers, cake decorators, patisseries and cake enthusiasts nationwide, to network and support each other through a shared passion for this amazing craft. Australia now boasts some of the most outstanding talent in this industry and thanks to the popularity of international cake celebrities such as Buddy Valastro and Duff Goldman, interest in the industry continues to grow.
