3. Eveleigh Farmers Market

As Sydney’s only ‘rain, hail or shine’ farmers’ market, this award-winning market is held every Saturday from 8am to 1pm in the market space at Eveleigh Railyards. It is home to more than 80 regular stall holders offering an irresistible range of fresh seasonal and artisan produce from across NSW. Definitely worth a day visit.

4. EQ Village Markets

Fox Studios has more to offer than Star Wars and Moulin Rouge film sets. This wonderful market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 3.30pm. There’s an abundance of fresh regional produce and specialty foods, but it’s hard to resist a tasty chorizo rolls from Mojo Picon. And don’t forget to sample The Cheese Room’s local specialty cheeses on offer and check out the EQ Kidz Animal Farm if you’re with the kids.

The Good Living Growers Market offers a wonderful community vibe and an amazing range of garden fresh produce. It’s held every month at Pyrmont Point Park, and do yourself a favour and head to La Tartin for sensational sourdough.
